JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Overview:
The Client Solutions Specialist will provide technical delivery and support to the company’s clients on a hybrid working basis with travel to client’s sites where required. This individual will work closely with the Service Delivery Manager and wider team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical acumen, experience working within Central Government or CNI environments and familiarity with Windows Server environments. Experience with administering large data sets are a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend client sites where required to supervise and carry out commissioning activities for our services & solutions.
  • Work on multiple access control system designs and deployments, supporting user data migration activities, deployment of site encryption keys and ensuring compliance to predefined standards.
  • Support the Service Delivery Manager in their activities overseeing and, where required, carrying out smartcard personalisation and encoding activities.
  • Manage and process large client data sets accurately and efficiently whilst providing detailed reports and feedback to relevant stakeholders.
  • Facilitate smartcard production activities where required
  • Provide detailed reports on infrastructure changes, service outage or performance degradation.
  • Assist in client technical discussions, proposals, and the documentation of solution designs.
  • Communicating with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Support with other company or group company activities as required.
  • Undergo and maintain UK Security Vetting at the level of Security Check (SC) with the potential for Developed Vetting (DV) in the future.
