THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

• Fluency in English is a must, additional languages are advantageous.
• 3+ years experience in language services and technology industry, ideally in roles such as Client Relationship Manager, Account Manager, Client Success Manager or Solutions Specialist.
• Advanced knowledge of TMS, CAT and AI tool usage.
• Knowledge and experience with the most innovative language technology and workflows, with a focus on developing tailored human, machine, and AI-powered language solutions for enterprise clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent rapport-building abilities, with a track record of developing and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• A strong desire to continuously learn, improve, and advance in your field.
