Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE:

The Client Success Account Manager’s primary purpose is to maintain and grow a portfolio of around 25 clients (in varying industries) across the North of England, through enabling long term renewals and collaborating with the Client Development Director to develop and add new service lines. You will develop and increase overall client NPS across your specific base of regional accounts and report on and plan to mitigate, any potential client churn. You will ensure your clients experience the “ease of doing business” with Pulsant and that client contracts are 100% reflective of the services procured, delivered, supported and billed. A wider network of Sales Operations, Client Service Management, Product and Delivery team members will be available to support you and help you to be successful.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Be custodians of the Account Development Plan process within nominated regional accounts.
  • Develop and utilise Account Based Marketing to drive awareness and opportunity identification within the regional account base.
  • Ensure swift and seamless ordering and delivery of incremental services sold through WIP review, driving accountability within Pulsant’s Delivery functions.
  • Collaborate and be accountable for creating and developing virtual cross organisational teams to operationally support a client’s service.
  • Provide weekly AOV and Contract Bank churn forecasts, with defined close plans/mitigation activities stepping through the timelines associated to each sales stage.
  • Execute regional strategies that leverage PlatformEdge capability creating upsell and cross sell opportunities within existing clients, to include parent companies and subsidiaries.
