Description:

We seek a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Client Success Associate at SMArtX Advisory Solutions. As a leading player in the financial services industry, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the success of our clients.
In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving their success. You will work closely with our Client Success Manager to develop and implement strategies that optimize client engagement and retention.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of financial products and services
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and goals
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and requests
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure client satisfaction
  • Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with clients to assess their satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation
  • Conduct client trainings and workshops to enhance their understanding and utilization of our products and services
  • Prepare and present reports on client performance and engagement to the Client Success Manager
