POSITION SUMMARY
As the Client Success Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the health of the Canadian workforce through the successful management of our I-OHP Mental Fitness framework services. Reporting directly to the President, you will be instrumental in operationalizing and delivering our comprehensive mental fitness solutions designed for corporate clients.
In this dynamic role, you will harness your organizational prowess and project management skills to ensure the seamless execution of assessment tools, educational programs, and environmental strategies. Your expertise in client experience and business development will drive our market expansion efforts, enhance our brand positioning, and foster enduring client relationships. Your exceptional relationship management skills will be critical as you engage with external clinicians, business partners, and solution providers, supporting the successful implementation of our organizational health programs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., in mental health or project management) is a plus.
- Proven experience in client success, account management, or a similar role, with a strong track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful outcomes.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management, including the ability to plan, execute, and oversee complex projects and frameworks.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of mental health and wellness concepts, particularly in a corporate or organizational context.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, external partners, and stakeholders.
- Experience in market research and business development, including identifying and evaluating new business opportunities.
- Proficiency in using assessment tools and onboarding processes related to mental fitness or similar programs.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and host events, with a focus on enhancing brand visibility and client engagement.
- Experience supervising or mentoring team members or co-op students is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
- Technical proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with project management and CRM tools.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the President to operationalize assessments, educational offerings, and environmental design.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking both preventative and responsive mental fitness services.
- Oversee all aspects of client relationship management from initial onboarding through to renewal.
- Administer mental health assessments, onboard clients to assessments as well as the mental fitness program, providing training to internal champions on facilitation.
- Develop and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with external business partners, clinicians, and stakeholders.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and markets that align with the framework’s services.
- Identify and qualify potential corporate clients, delivering pitches on Iridia Medical’s mental health offerings while managing the complete sales cycle to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Conceptualize, organize, and execute events that enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
- Provide supervisory support to co-op students involved in the program.
