Description:
Currenxie is a Hong Kong headquartered, fast growing, global financial technology group of companies looking for talented people to join our rapidly expanding team. We are currently recruiting for our new European headquarters located in Dublin, and we are seeking a talented Client Success Manager to join our front office team and provide world class account servicing to corporate clients.
The successful candidate will have the exciting opportunity of being one of the first team members in our newest office as we grow our European operations.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years experience in a Client Success or Account Management role.
- Proven track record in acquiring and engaging SME and Enterprise businesses to build profitable partnerships.
- Experience in Finance, Fintech, or Technology.
- Ability to see the big picture, understand the key drivers of the business and how they relate to each other to drive profitable growth and satisfy loyal clients.
- Comfortable in a fast paced, high-growth start-up environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Expertly manage a portfolio of accounts by developing relationships, managing stakeholders and identifying advocates.
- Identify opportunities for the client to further leverage Currenxie products and services across all of their lines of business to enhance their operations.
- Be proactive in strengthening existing client relationships to expand adoption and usage of products and services.
- Anticipate client requirements and challenges, work towards a (re)solution by acting on data-driven insights and strategic knowledge of the client’s business.
