Responsibilities:

As a Client Success Manager you support our clients in the usage of their benefit platform. You will enable the highest possible value of our product, customized to their needs, ensuring high product adoption. You play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients leading to client satisfaction with high renewal and low churn rate. Additionally, you will be a point of contact for all daily business that our clients might have and actioning on them, liaising with the Key Account Manager and other teams.

Your main responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:

  • Support Key Account Managers in nurturing long-term customer relationships
  • Handle technical tasks with a proactive mindset to maintain and enhance customer value
  • Serve as the primary operational liaison between clients and the organization
  • Ensure active client utilization of the solution
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders and maintain outstanding relationships
  • Educate our clients in using the solution
  • Hold, attend and participate in client meetings and calls as required
