We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about forging strong partnerships, driving sales success, and delivering exceptional results. As a Partner Success Manager, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to empower our partners and ensure their success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and nurturing relationships with existing partners.
  • Support the development and execution of partnership strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure partner needs are met.
  • Monitor and report on partnership performance metrics.
  • Assist in identifying and onboarding new partners.
  • Handle day-to-day partner inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and identify new partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to partners to maximize their potential.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proven track record in sales or partner management.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of motivation and drive to exceed goals
  • Understanding of the events industry and/or marketing agency experience is a plus.
