Description:
Role: Client Success Manager - MEA
Salary: up to £35,000 per year (local currency equivalent), depending on experience
Location: within Africa region, with proof of right to work - please note, we do not offer sponsorship for work visas.
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 40 per week

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, customer-focussed individual to join NCUK as Client Success Manager for the Middle East & Africa regions.
This role will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with our network of global study centres in the MEA Regions.

Responsibilities:
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
This role will work with the Regional Director and Regional Manager to take ownership of partnerships following the point of accreditation. The role’s core responsibility is to work with study centres marketing and recruitment staffs to drive its enrolment of each study centre, to meet the regional annual growth targets by working with the Regional Director as well as other functional colleagues in Marketing, Academics as well as Student Support Team.
To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate will have:
- Degree or equivalent level qualification OR significant work experience/study equivalent to the level of NCUK programmes
- Proven experience in client success or account management in sector
- Experience working with CRM software (e.g. Hubspot)
- Passion for delivering excellent service and driving client success
- Ability to trave
