Project Information:
Currently, for our Client in the payments industry, we are looking for a Client Success Manager (to the Merchant team).
Project:Provide operational support to key Business Partners in Europe, while working with the MS&A team. Acting as a liaison for the client in terms of problem management and support for service changes and enhancements to the client’s system.
Team:7 people
Work Mode: hybrd (3 times a week in the office / Warsaw center)
Salary: 22 000-25 000 gross (employment contract)
Collaboration Model: Employment directly to the Client / Contract with Client.
Recruitment Process:
It consists of 2 stages:
- A brief (approximately 20-minute) phone interview with our HR department.
- An online tech talk with the Client (approximately 1 hour). There will be questions about your experience.
Requirements:
- You have min. 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- You have experience related to customer service in financial services, payment cards, software or information services.
- You have knowledge in the topic of authorization, billing and processing back offices.
- Your English is at a minimum C1 level
