Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a Client Success Manager to join our Client Management & Operations team. In this role, you’ll lead our Banking as a Service (BaaS) clients from onboarding through their entire lifecycle, ensuring they reach their business objectives with our solutions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to continuously refine and enhance our client management processes for optimal client satisfaction and business impact. Your responsibilities will evolve over time, but for now your key responsibilities will include:
Client Onboarding & Growth: Guide clients from onboarding through roll-out, ensuring smooth integration and activation of our BaaS platform to support their growth objectives.
Client Relationship Management: Collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to establish strong, trust-based, and long-term client relationships built on transparency and accountability.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work with client stakeholders across various product areas to ensure a seamless, positive customer experience.
Training & Support: Deliver tailored training sessions to keep clients updated on our offerings and maximize their platform usage.
Strategic Development: Develop and implement best practices to drive client success, evolving processes to improve team efficiency and client outcomes.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between clients, sales, support, and product teams, ensuring smooth communication and problem-solving across all areas.
