Description:
Ultimate Jet Vacations Client Success Manager is responsible for onboarding new clients as well as overseeing the existing client base within the luxury travel industry. Their target goal is to encourage these agencies to continually utilize our services by emphasizing the value-add our company brings to theirs. The success of this CSM will be measured by their ability to effectively evaluate each client inquiry, encourage new & repeat bookings, and pair clients with the most suitable internal travel advisor to ensure long term success.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Travel Agency experience required
- 5+ years of account management experience
- Hospitality industry background - must have a 5-star, customer-centric mindset
- Must thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment
- Natural ability to influence others through a positive, enthusiastic, & passionate personality
Responsibilities:
- Onboard new clients to the business by creating a client profile within the internal database
- Evaluate client inquiries to determine their potential fit with our services and assign them to the appropriate internal advisor
- Remain in constant communication with our clients to ensure they are consistently reminded of our company offerings
- Determine which clients are in needed of additional support by examining their needs & requests
- Lead recurring Account Analysis meetings with each client to review booking count and total profit sold
- Update other members of the Business Development team with any requests or areas of opportunities that arise
- Provide client enhancement suggestions to the company in efforts to improve our strategic position with the agencies
- Contribute to the continued success of the team by facilitating in any additional projects as they arise
