JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our Global Tax Operations team and play a crucial role in optimizing client investments by navigating complex tax regulations and market procedures.
As a Client Tax Utility Analyst within the Global Tax Operations team, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure effective tax relief and compliance with global tax authorities. You will be involved in managing diverse market procedures and regulatory requirements, making a significant impact on client investments.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS

  • Basic knowledge of dividend income and tax
  • Strong team player with multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to maintain accuracy under strict deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas and pivot tables

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS

  • Technical knowledge of international tax laws and regulations
  • Ability to develop innovative solutions to complex issues
  • Knowledge of Alteryx, UIPath, and other low-code tools

Responsibilities:

  • Reconciles income and tax to request agent vouchers and other documents
  • Ensures timely delivery of client-requested documents
  • Performs tax reporting in line with regulatory requirements, focusing on accuracy and timeliness
  • Understands market changes and their impact on internal processes
  • Manages and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provides proactive analysis and support for outstanding queries
  • Maintains accurate internal records and procedures
  • Identifies risks and implement resolutions to enhance controls
  • Creates and maintain comprehensive project and process documentation
