The Client Technical Authority (CTA) Lead is responsible for leading a team of CTAs who serve as the primary technical advisors for our clients. This role involves overseeing the performance and development of the CTA team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical guidance and strategic advice to clients. The Team Leader will also act as an escalation point for complex client solutions, provide mentorship and coaching to the team, and ensure alignment of the team’s activities with the overall business objectives.
This position plays a critical role in driving client satisfaction, fostering strong client relationships, and maximizing the value of client technology investments. As the CTA Lead, you will also act as CTA to key clients.
