We are looking for a positive and passionate changemaker to join Council’s Climate Action team. You will play a key role in driving organisational change to adapt to the changing climate, drive better environmental performance and help our community and environment to thrive. This position will help drive the integration of climate risk, resilience and sustainability considerations into Council’s strategies, services and infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- A passion for working collaboratively to drive climate action and sustainability outcomes
- A good working knowledge of climate risk, adaptation and sustainability relevant to local government, and
- Exceptional ability to build relationships and collaborate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
