Description:
Roles and Responsibilities
- Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the clinic
- Punctual at work
- Good team player
- Perform basic clinical work including taking height and weight and blood pressure and dispensing medication
- Chaperone doctor and assisting doctor in basic procedures including but not limited to hypocount, blood taking, ECG, and simple wound dressing
- Medication stock taking, liaise with doctor/ supplier to top up medication when supply is running low, ensure accurate stock in/out
- Ensure consumables are topped up regularly
- Keeping clinic tidy and neat
- Maintain and manage manpower in the clinic incld to source for locum for last minute coverage; handle locum payslip
- Manage frontdesk operation incld registration, payment, appointment booking, financial counseling
- Assist with claims submission incld to TPA, CHAS and medisave
- Able to perform simple administrative duties incld preparing documents, arrange patient to comeback for review or follow up, preparing report for management review
- Ensure that all policies and procedures function in accordance to the law
- Other duties assigned by doctor and management as required
- Multilingual is an advantage
- Previous experience as a clinical assistant in GP clinic is preferred
- Previous experience in SGiMed is preferred
- 35-44hrs/wk for full time job
- For regular part timer (with renumeration of $13-15/hr)
