QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fully Registered and in good standing as a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist or Kinesiologist in Nova Scotia.
- Minimum of 1-5+ years of clinical and leadership experience.
Responsibilities:
- Performing clinical assessments and implementing treatment plans for clients.
- Providing ongoing evaluation of client progress and ensuring quality improvement in the delivery of patient care.
- Responsible for financial and clinical performance metrics of the clinic.
- Communicate effectively to both internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.
- Coordinate operational activities with the team and demonstrate a strong presence in the clinic.
- Engaging in continuous learning, mentorship and skills development.
- Manage and resolve scheduling issues or changes that arise in the clinic
- Play an influential role in nurturing a sense of ownership across the workforce, so that employees feel empowered to use their judgment and experience to make sound decisions.
- Assisting in recruitment and hiring of staff.
