Our team of 700+ staff see clients virtually and physically from our downtown Toronto and Oakville clinics.
Medcan is recruiting for a full-time Clinic Flow Coordinator. The position requires high energy and enthusiasm, an appreciation for detail, an outstanding level of client service and exceptional organizational skills. The role is responsible for monitoring and facilitating the flow of clients through the clinic during their YRC appointments.

The Accountabilities:

  • Manage in-clinic or virtual flow during client’s YRC/Specialty Clinic visit
  • Coordinate with staff to ensure the client’s visit is productive and effective with exceptional service delivery
  • Welcome and greet clients, guide clients throughout their visit and check clients in and out of their YRC appointments
  • Ensure clients receive maximum value time during their visit
  • Ensure compliance with all service metrics
  • Respond to client issues and enquiries
  • Foster client loyalty by creating a memorable experience
  • Handle client issues in a positive and professional manner
  • Problem solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Assist with Year Round Care line phone lines
  • Assist with Responding to all communications including e-mails and phone calls regarding patient inquiries
  • Other administrative duties as required

    The Requirements:

  • Prior experience in similar role, or minimum of 1 year of healthcare experience

  • Education in health or a related discipline is an asset
  • Strong organization and time management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate level in MS Office

This is a full-time position working in-clinic, 5 days a week at our 150 York St location.
