Salary : £30,000 - £35,000 pro rata (40hrs pw)

Responsibilities:

You will be working for a leading women’s health physiotherapy clinic. You are passionate about delivering the highest levels of client care with services ranging from postnatal assessment/support, to treating back and body pain.
You will be working closely within a small clinical team. You will manage the effective and efficient running of the clinic, taking responsibility for clinic administration, managing the premises, and some aspects of HR. You will additionally have the opportunity to get involved in their sister brand, who deliver specially packaged consultation and postnatal physiotherapy programmes, to perform or be involved in reasonable tasks or events when necessary.
You will play an integral part in the smooth running and operational development of the Clinic. You will assist and oversee the implementation of policies and procedures and ensure the clinic is up to date with current regulatory bodies and requirements.
You will be ensuring the smooth running of the Clinic to include:
- Oversee clinic operations, ensuring smooth daily function.
- Assist in recruitment, hiring, and training of staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet business and utilisation targets.
- Handle patient enquiries, re-bookings, and customer journey management.
- Delegate staff tasks and improve productivity through protocol development.
- Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and staff.
- Plan and manage clinic budget, approve payroll, and handle bookkeeping.
- Conduct quarterly/annual employee reviews and provide feedback.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Execute marketing, sales, and disciplinary actions in collaboration with HR.
- Monitor staff performance and review timesheets, time-off requests, and payroll.
- Manage clinical supplies and ensure cost-efficiency.
