REQUIREMENTS

• Operational Expertise: Proven experience in operations with a focus on driving sales.
• KPI Mastery: Track record of delivering on KPIs with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Positive Leadership: Management experience with a positive, solution-focused mindset.
• People Person: Bring a great attitude and people-oriented approach.
• Sales Focus: Demonstrate a sales-focused mindset with attention to detail.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.
• Beauty Qualifications: ITEC, CIBTAC, or equivalent beauty qualifications such as NVQ 3 are advantageous but not required.
