We are looking for a Clinic Manager to join our Bethesda, MD location. The Manager’s main responsibility is:

  • Managing the patient’s experience, care, outcomes, and retention.
  • Guide patients through their journey with empathy and compassion
  • Set clear expectations and goals for patients
  • Hold patients accountable to ensure successful outcomes
  • Manage and oversee clinical, administrative, and exercise teams
  • Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), focusing on clinic growth

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a health or management-related field
  • 3- 5 years of leadership experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
  • Passion for changing lives, one patient at a time
  • Embodies servant leadership
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, communication, and adaptability skills
