We are looking for a Clinic Manager to join our Bethesda, MD location. The Manager’s main responsibility is:
- Managing the patient’s experience, care, outcomes, and retention.
- Guide patients through their journey with empathy and compassion
- Set clear expectations and goals for patients
- Hold patients accountable to ensure successful outcomes
- Manage and oversee clinical, administrative, and exercise teams
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), focusing on clinic growth
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a health or management-related field
- 3- 5 years of leadership experience
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
- Passion for changing lives, one patient at a time
- Embodies servant leadership
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, communication, and adaptability skills
