Description:
Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality patient care
Manage and coordinate staff across various departments
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies
Improve operational efficiency and patient experience
Handle budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation
Develop and implement strategic plans for clinic growth
Coordinate with medical and administrative teams to maintain high standards
Proven experience in managing a medical facility
Strong leadership and organizational skills
IVF facility experience is a plus
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
