CLINIC OFFICE MANAGER - MEDICAL

Experienced Medical Clinic Office Manager Needed. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced office manager who is looking for a full-time position to be able to assist in the medical practice in planning and analyzing practice operations, use problem solving skills, and initiate and complete large process improvement plans for our staff and employees. We are seeking a Self-Motivated, independent worker who can work well in a dynamic, fast-paced medical clinic work environment as well as part of a team environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must with the ability to always communicate in a professional manner. Must also be able to work with the executive team to identify opportunities for growth for and within the company. The ideal candidate will have previous medical clinic office manager experience in interventional or chronic pain management, or spine or orthopedic setting, or related fields. Time and territory management skills required. Must be eager to learn and grow continuously. Schedule is Monday through Friday, daytime hours. Occasional evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel to other offices may be required. Knowledge of government CMS regulatory requirements and medical terminologyknowledge is preferred. Computer literate: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) required. Salary commensurate with education and experience. Full benefit package including medical benefits and 401K. Experience using EClinicalWorks and being a bilingual speaker are a plus but not required.

MEDICAL CLINIC OFFICE MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Preferred bachelor’s degree in healthcare, Accounting, Finance, Nursing or other related.
  • Minimum two (2) years’ experience in Healthcare Management
  • Understanding of medical office operations sufficient to oversee its operations and provide support to physicians and administrative office.
  • Skill in exercising a high degree of judgement, discretion and decision making necessary to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Ability to organize and integrate organizational objectives to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate in verbal and written forms effectively and efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • The ability to always interact professionally with patients, physicians, and team members.
  • EMR experience, preferably eClinicalWorks
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Bi-lingual is a plus.

  • Implement and continuously improve best practices through monitoring, evaluating and effective communication to practice staff.
  • Support all non-clinical operations of the dental office, including building and mentoring the team, providing leadership to non-clinician team members, and driving revenue growth in your office.
  • Work hand in hand with patients and the clinicians to facilitate a seamless transition from discussion of treatment to payment plan commitment (financial agreement).
  • Maintain strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g, OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, Employee Handbook).
  • Ensure timely completion of payroll and assist with HR functions.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by executive team and participates and attend Management Meetings- Monthly/Quarterly
