JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a proactive and personable Clinic Manager to lead the daily operations at one of our client’s healthcare clinics. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality, with proven experience in managing clinic operations, including staff coordination, patient relations, and doctor scheduling. This role requires a high level of communication skills, problem-solving ability, and an analytical mindset to ensure efficient operations and a positive patient experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a Clinic Manager or similar role in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle patient and staff concerns professionally and effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on identifying operational improvements.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
    This role is ideal for a dynamic and outgoing leader who enjoys managing people, solving problems, and creating a welcoming environment for both patients and staff

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and appointment management to ensure a smooth and efficient environment.
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of healthcare and administrative professionals, including doctors, nurses, technicians, and support staff.
  • Foster a positive patient experience through excellent customer service and quick resolution of issues or complaints.
  • Work closely with doctors and healthcare providers to optimize appointment scheduling, streamline workflows, and improve service quality.
  • Maintain and analyze clinic performance data to identify areas for improvement in patient care, operational efficiency, and staff productivity.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure healthcare regulations and quality standards compliance.
  • Assist with budgeting, inventory management, and expense tracking to support the clinic’s financial goals.
  • Build relationships with patients, staff, and healthcare providers to ensure a collaborative and productive work environment.
