REQUIREMENTS:

Operational Expertise: Proven experience in operations with a focus on driving sales.
KPI Mastery: Track record of delivering on KPIs with strong organizational and time management skills.
Positive Leadership: Management experience with a positive, solution-focused mindset.
People Person: Bring a great attitude and people-oriented approach.
Sales Focus: Demonstrate a sales-focused mindset with attention to detail.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.
Beauty Qualifications: ITEC, CIBTAC, or equivalent beauty qualifications such as NVQ 3 are advantageous but not required.
