  • Previous experience as a Clinic Manager in a MedCanG clinic in Germany.
  • Strong track record in process improvement, driving efficiencies and designing patient pathways.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Understanding of medical MedCanG regulations and industry trends.
  • Be local to Düsseldorf
  • Have a deep understanding of Patient Care operations and product availability.

Responsibilities:

ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to join our growing team at Nowomed, a leading clinic providing MedCanG treatment. We are seeking a Clinic Manager to take accountability for the daily operations and service delivery for our clinic. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring high-quality patient care and driving continual process improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure that all clinical operations are running smoothly.
  • Manage telephone and written communication with patients and serve as a reliable contact person for all their questions.
  • Evaluate patient suitability for treatment
  • Communicate effectively with other teams
  • Ensure quality outcomes and productivity through direct line management of support staff.
  • Maintain standards in line with company objectives.

  • Develop and implement processes to drive efficiencies, improve patient pathways and increase patient satisfaction.
  • Work closely with medical professionals, pharmacists, and other team members to ensure excellent patient care.

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
