If you aspire to change the lives of those we serve, then we may have a wonderful opportunity for you in the role of Clinic Manager. This role requires travel to our clinics within your territory.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Clinic Manager will be accountable for the fiscally efficient operation of a group of clinics by ensuring the team of Clinicians and Patient Care Coordinators have the skills, knowledge, and support to provide the highest quality of patient service delivery. This position will oversee the Oxylife and Archer Respiratory brands.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Plan, organize and direct daily clinic activities to achieve operating metrics for all clinic operations in a financially efficient manner.
  • Ensure that the Clinicians and Administrative staff actively support a patient focused model of continuing care by encouraging participation in our REST Program.
  • Lead by example and act as a coach to motivate your team to take accountability for results by sharing knowledge, experience and responsibility in a drive for the highest standards of professionalism, sales and service excellence.
  • Occasionally assisting with Administrative & Clinician duties, as required.
  • Responsible for ensuring your team has the skills and knowledge and support to provide the full range of patient services.
  • Monitor revenue and expenditures for alignment to budget and
  • Achieve a consistent high degree of quality, safe and efficient sleep apnea services in accordance with operating procedures.
  • Strong change management skills and ability to adopt technology and reporting platform changes to support operational and general management improvements.
  • Display leadership that delivers a high degree of employee engagement, a strong safety culture and ethical behavior.
  • Ensure daily and periodic management controls are in place and are
  • Actively participate in the performance management review
  • Proactively address issues that could negatively impact clinic
  • Manage the clinic’s budget, billing system, and
  • Order inventory and supplies for the
  • Oversee patient billing/insurance reimbursement procedures for all clinic

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of clinic operations with at least three years of clinic management or supervisory
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, office management, or a combination of education and equivalent experience.
  • Experience in respiratory therapy is an asset.
  • Experience in managing a healthcare facility or clinic is an
  • Ability to supervise and motivate the team to perform their duties efficiently with a focus on exceptional patient care.
  • Proficiency in managing budgets, billing, and working with
  • Competency with CRM
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational and communication skills to ensure that quality services are
  • Ability to create a positive work
