POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a tech savy Manager to join our Clinic Transformation department within the ONTARIO WELL Health portfolio. In this role, you will be a vital part of our team, responsible for managing the integration of digital solutions at our primary care clinics. If you are passionate about healthcare innovation and eager to make a difference, we want you on our team.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with clinicians, clinic managers, clinic staff, and patients to implement digital tools that enhance workflow efficiencies within the healthcare space.
- Collaborate with Medical Office Assistants (MOAs) to optimize workflows, streamline processes, and ensure efficient clinic operations.
- Proactively address patient concerns and issues, serving as a point person to escalate and resolve any problems that may arise during the patient journey.
- Develop and support new systems and processes as WELL Health Clinical Shared Services continues to grow and expand.
- Work closely with physicians, clinic managers, and staff on-site and remotely to build strong relationships and trust.
- Measure key performance indicators to evaluate the success of pilot programs and the impact of digital tools on clinic operations.
- Provide regular project status reports to WELL Health leadership.
- Configure, set up, and maintain various digital tools, including Online Bookings, Self-Check-In, Reporting, and Patient Reminders.
