Clinical Administration Lead - GI Surgery

An opportunity has arisen for a compassionate and enthusiastic individual to join the Gastrointestinal Surgeon teams as a Clinical Administration Lead.
You will play a key role in our operational issues, taking responsibility for day-to-day referral to treatment pathways for outpatients and inpatients across our services of General Surgery, Colorectal, Upper GI, Bariatric & Paediatric Surgery.
You will need the ability to think logically under pressure and have a positive attitude to maintaining high standards at all times. You will be required to communicate with a wide range of disciplines and possess an aptitude for negotiation and persuasion. You’ll ensure key resources, such as clinics and theatre capacity are utilised effectively to ensure the delivery of key performance standards.
