Description:

Please see attached document with full job description The role, primarily based in the bereavement office, involves supporting bereaved clients by responding to enquiries and processing new referrals from clients and healthcare professionals. Key duties include handling administrative tasks such as typing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry. The position requires liaising with staff, managers, and clinicians across the Hospice, coordinating with volunteers, and assisting the bereavement team in delivering the community Bereavement Support Service. This role requires a compassionate approach to supporting clients during difficult times.
This role will also include cover for other administration roles which provide administrative support to our other Clinical Services including the telephone support Hub, in-patient unit and administration office
