Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE:

We are looking for a Clinical Application Manager to lead our Ultrasound Clinical Application Specialist team based in either Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane. You will lead a team of 11 Clinical Application Specialists across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring high levels of teamwork and performance. Your role involves setting priorities, managing schedules, and optimizing resources for effective clinical application support and customer training.

YOUR ROLE:

  • Set priorities for Clinical Applications Specialists, in collaboration with Business Managers, based on expected workload.
  • Manage group calendar and allocate resources according to availability and business needs.
  • Oversee the pre-stock/demo process and ordering process.
  • Engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Reference Sites to maximize customer satisfaction with product management support.
  • Develop and deploy clinical education programs for customers and internal staff in collaboration with Business Managers.
  • Provide daily management, coaching, and development for the Clinical Application Specialist team.
  • Attend customer sites with team members to experience customer interactions and training firsthand.
  • Lead employee selection, development, goal setting, and performance management, ensuring adherence to standards and processes.
  • Provide customer presentations
  • Lead the team with key customer demonstrations
