With over 350 doctors and 4,500 staff actively sharing clinical knowledge and expertise, we work together with our referrers, hospitals, and other stakeholders, to deliver high quality and expert care to our patients.
Work that MattersAs an Applications Support Specialist, you will help provide applications support, maintenance, analysis and be the subject matter expertise of the PACS.
Based in our Mount Waverley Head Office, this full-time 18-month contract where you will act as the escalation for our applications support. You will also provide applications support, maintenance, and analysis, while being the subject matter expert of the PACS system.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:
- Ensure continuity of performance and integrity of applications.
- Troubleshooting complex technical issues.
- Working with vendors to resolve issues and enable new features in applications.
- Participate in or lead detailed testing, including UAT, of modified and new systems, creating and executing test plans.
- Leading the building of application solutions, meeting with decision makers and end users to define systems requirements and goals or identify and resolve systems issues.
Responsibilities:
- Previous experience within a similar role.
- Familiarity with PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems).
- Excellent troubleshooting and analysis skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple activities and prioritise workload.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and analyse issues.
- Experience in or knowledge of Healthcare / Medical Imaging is favourable but not essential.
