To thrive in this role, you will have:

  • Strong leadership experience within the health, disability or home care sectors.
  • Sound knowledge of the aged and disability sector systems and funding, business acumen including financial literacy.
  • Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
  • A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management.
  • A safe, sensible approach with a practical understanding of people’s physical limitations.
  • The ability to be flexible and adapt to meet clients’ individual needs.

We would also love you to have (or in the process of obtaining):

  • A current NDIS check
  • Current COVID-19 certificate and proof of current influenza vaccination.
