Salary range: £70K to £85K
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Qualification in Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related clinical field.
- Additional qualifications in Healthcare Management or a similar discipline are a plus.
EXPERIENCE:
- At least 3 years of experience in primary care and social care service settings, preferably in a senior or managerial role.
- Proven experience in medication management within care settings/social care.
- Familiarity with care homes and other social care services.
SKILLS:
- Strong clinical knowledge, especially in medication administration and management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to critically evaluate and articulate client requirements.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Engaging with clients and gathering their requirements.
- Contributing to product development and enhancements.
- Providing clinical oversight and guidance.
- Ensuring data safety and GDPR compliance.
- Supporting procurement and tender processes.
- Developing and refining medication management policies.
