Salary range: £70K to £85K

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Qualification in Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related clinical field.
  • Additional qualifications in Healthcare Management or a similar discipline are a plus.

EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 3 years of experience in primary care and social care service settings, preferably in a senior or managerial role.
  • Proven experience in medication management within care settings/social care.
  • Familiarity with care homes and other social care services.

SKILLS:

  • Strong clinical knowledge, especially in medication administration and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to critically evaluate and articulate client requirements.
  • Strong organisational and project management abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with clients and gathering their requirements.
  • Contributing to product development and enhancements.
  • Providing clinical oversight and guidance.
  • Ensuring data safety and GDPR compliance.
  • Supporting procurement and tender processes.
  • Developing and refining medication management policies.
