- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a registered nurse.

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
An exciting management opportunity has come available to join our Home Care team as our Clinical Care Manager.
As the Clinical Care Manager within our Home Care team, you will oversee the clinical governance and clinical practice of our Home Care programs. Working alongside our Governance teams, you will ensure that all direct-care staff have a strong understanding of individual consumers needs and deliver these in accordance with their care plans. In addition, this role will see you manage the Home Care service development, client assessment and care plans in consultation with our staff, consumers, and key stakeholders.
This role would ideally suit an experienced Registered Nurse, ideally from Aged Care who is keen to develop and lead clinical governance for our home care clients. You will be a self-starter who enjoys an autonomous role whilst mentoring, guiding, and supporting our Nursing and Support Worker staff to ensure that the delivery of care provided is meeting needs.
