You will be a vital member of the team helping the system to understand the complete identity of the young person including their neurodivergence, mental health and developmental profile.

In this role, you’ll be contributing to the triaging, assessment and intervention process for neurodivergent children and young people and those who are exploring a diagnosis, including those experiencing mental health needs. You’ll be assessing the mental health component of their experience and delivering evidence based interventions.
We work closely with families to build care plans and there’s a lot of multi-agency networking involved, as you’ll be in contact with schools. the local authority, play organisations and charities.
