Salary: circa £55,000 per annum
Location: Halstead, Essex
Qualification: RGN or RMN (good clinical skills)
Hours: Monday to Friday(supernumerary hours)
Remit
Compass Associates are working with a valued client who have a fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager to work in their fantastic nursing home based near the Halstead area. This home provides care for nursing, residential and dementia residents. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience of working in a nursing home environment, working as part of a multi disciplinary team, nurse management experience as well as having strong clinical skills.
The Candidate
This role is an exciting opportunity a Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead looking for a new challenge. The candidate is required to have previous experience in the nursing home setting, strong clinical knowledge and a passion for elderly and dementia care.
Requirements
Qualified Nurse (RGN or RMN with good clinical skills)
2 years experience as a Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead
Previous Nursing Home experience
Elderly/Dementia Nursing experience
Strong Clinical SkillsGenuine passion for elderly care
Interview Process
There is a 2 stage interview process
Stage 1 – Interview with the Home Manager
Stage 2 – Formal interview with Home Manager & Operations Manager
Location
This role is based near the Halstead area and is easily commutable from Gosfield, Chappel, Colchester, Braintree, Coggeshall, Wethersfield, Stebbing, Sible Hedingham, Bradwell. Earls Colne and Great Notley.
