Responsibilities:
- Perform concurrent and retrospective documentation reviews of selected inpatient records to clarify diagnoses and procedures, and identify opportunities for education.
- Conduct documentation education presentations and attend relevant clinical meetings to identify changes in practice that may affect patient complexity
- Ensure confidentiality of reports, data and patient files
- Collect and collate clinical documentation KPI
