REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience,if applicable.
Plan and manage the development and delivery of clinical education.
- Consult with managers and assist department to plan, coordinate and evaluate specific orientation and competency assessment programs.
- Assist with determining clinical educational needs by participating in appropriate leadership/committee meetings and by direct communication with management.
- Coordinate all administrative components of training activities and events.
- Schedule course sessions and learning activities, maintain training event calendars and databases, and manage enrollment and reporting.
- Obtain feedback from leadership and refine training accordingly
