Description:
The Hearing Solutions Team is a specialised group focused on bringing innovative products to market and driving their adoption. Collaborating across functions the team ensures seamless implementation, optimises care pathways, customer engagement and delivers measurable outcomes for patients and care providers.
As part of the Hearing Solutions Team, you will play a key role in transforming the ear and hearing care pathway and referral processes, solving real-world challenges and driving the success of cutting-edge healthcare solutions. The role of Clinical Engagement Specialist is newly created and is crucial in helping the team succeed and enabling the Company to grow and develop. Responsibilities:
As Clinical Engagement Specialist you will be responsible for driving adoption of TympaHealth’s new and innovative solutions to improve ear and hearing health care. The first mission is to increase awareness of the importance of regular ear and hearing checks and that all appointments should include a hearing check and onward referral where needed. By combining clinical training, stakeholder engagement and proactive initiatives you will ensure successful implementation and increased uptake of new features such as our hearing checks and referral to partners.
This role requires a dynamic, self-motivated individual with the ability to travel extensively in the UK and thrive in a fast-paced environment while building strong client relationships. Key responsibilities and main projects include:
- build and nurturing strong relationships with pharmacy teams and healthcare providers;
- acting as a trusted advisor and main point of contact for clients, addressing challenges and providing solutions.
- delivering engaging and comprehensive clinical training sessions to pharmacy teams to drive use of new features and solutions;
- ensuring pharmacy staff are confident and competent in the use of features that acritical driver usage and success such as being confident in identifying referral opportunities;
- developing and executing engagement initiatives to increase the uptake of new features to drive utilisation;
- running on-site and virtual engagement campaigns, including patient awareness events, staff incentives and educational workshops;
- collaborating with the marketing and project teams to create resources that support adoption and engagement;
- conducting regular site visits (up to three days per week) to deliver training, monitor programme progress and run engagement activities;
- supporting the roll-out of the programme in new regions whilst ensuring alignment with project timelines and goals;
- gathering feedback from stakeholders to identify challenges and opportunities for improvement;
- creating and contributing to the development of content and supporting materials as needed;
- evaluating existing workflows and processes to uncover opportunities for improvement, growth and innovation;
- investigating and experimenting with new engagement strategies as well as monitoring their impact to drive company and department targets;
- compiling concise reports for stakeholders on key findings, performance and recommendations; and
- performing other duties as assigned by the Manager
