Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Clinical Expert Trauma, located in Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide product training and support to healthcare professionals to ensure perfect use of our products
- Develop in depth understanding of the needs and objectives of customers on all levels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to drive sales
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine customer needs and identify new sales opportunities
- Develop and implement effective service and sales strategies to promote our trauma products
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the competition
- Adopt Credo based principles in all interactions with internal and external customers
- Coordinates the involvement of all internal partners, including customer service, supply chain, marketing & strategic capabilities to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Business) or equivalent experience required.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
- Proven experience in medical healthcare, preferably in Trauma
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Eager to learn and develop. Growth mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
- Previous experience sales
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and medical device regulations
- Fluency in Dutch and English languages
Other:
- Fluency in Dutch and English languages is required
- Travel required, both national and international, up to 50% of the time
- Relevant certifications, such as medical device sales certifications, are preferred
- Valid driver’s license is required for this role
