As a Clinical Expert Trauma, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our innovative trauma products to healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide product training and support to healthcare professionals to ensure perfect use of our products
  • Develop in depth understanding of the needs and objectives of customers on all levels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to drive sales
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine customer needs and identify new sales opportunities
  • Develop and implement effective service and sales strategies to promote our trauma products
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the competition
  • Adopt Credo based principles in all interactions with internal and external customers
  • Coordinates the involvement of all internal partners, including customer service, supply chain, marketing & strategic capabilities to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Business) or equivalent experience required.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Proven experience in medical healthcare, preferably in Trauma
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Eager to learn and develop. Growth mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience sales
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and medical device regulations
  • Fluency in Dutch and English languages

Other:

  • Fluency in Dutch and English languages is required
  • Travel required, both national and international, up to 50% of the time
  • Relevant certifications, such as medical device sales certifications, are preferred
  • Valid driver’s license is required for this role
