Clinical Fellow FY2/CT in Urology

Main duties of the job The postholder will be expected to: Manage urological inpatients on the ward as well as their pre-admission care as part of a team of trainees. Manage urological emergencies as part of an on-call team. Learn operative skills through participation in daycase theatre lists as well as assisting in inpatient lists. Take advantage of the urology outpatient department, through attending clinics.
Clinical experience Applications are expected from candidate who have completed at least 1 year of foundation training programme (or equivalent) and wishes to gain further competencies in urology, preferably with a view to continuing a career in urology or candidate who wish to pursue a career in general practice and would like exposure to urology
