How you make a difference:
The Clinical IT Specialist will work closely with the Clinical Technology and IT Support teams to support clinical IT applications implementation, training, and support needs for non-standard contracts. This position will oversee and troubleshoot complications, making sure they are being triaged and resolved, and that support is provided during Clinical Application go lives for new and existing contracts. This position partners with customer success positions ensuring auditing is performed and that any issues are escalated appropriately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive training plan using approved methods, and develop necessary training documentation.
  • Identify and assess current and future training needs, and perform clinical discovery to fill out site-specific configuration templates.
  • Provide support before and during go-live, troubleshooting user issues, and escalating unresolved cases to the appropriate teams.
  • Coordinate logistical needs for training sessions, including arranging venues, equipment delivery, and on-site support.
  • Collaborate with project management, business teams, IT teams, and leadership to ensure a smooth transition from implementation to post-go-live support, maintaining a training calendar and attending regular supervisor meetings.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education

  • Bachelors or equivalent experience

Experience

  • Three (3) years of experience in a clinical setting preferred
  • Experience training groups and individuals using a variety of methods
  • Experience creating Training Documentation
