Blueprint Genetics, a Quest Diagnostics company, is a clinical genetic testing company aspiring to bring world-class genetic knowledge to mainstream healthcare. We want to improve the lives of individuals and families impacted by inherited diseases. Our amazing Clinical Lab team is looking for several Clinical Lab Specialists to join our operations in Keilaniemi, Espoo.

JOB DESCRIPTION

In this role, you will be performing laboratory testing on patient specimens including all steps from sample processing to running analyses, performing quality control and quality assurance procedures, and complying with applicable laboratory quality requirements. Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills are essential in this position, as you will be working closely with diverse experts across the organization.

• BSc in Biomedical Laboratory Science (“Bioanalyytikko” or “Laboratorioanalyytikko” in Finnish) or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced proficiency in written and verbal communication skills in English
• Great attention to detail and a systematic approach to work
• Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities
• Ability to perform well under pressure and to meet deadlines
• Ability to work both individually and in a team setting
• 1-2 years of working experience in a clinical laboratory
