Description:

As clinical lead working to the Medical Director and Programme SRO you will work closely with the your management lead and project support to define and deliver agreed project work strategically aligned to the goals and vision of your work stream. You will work towards the effective delivery of the specified County work stream championing the development with clinical colleagues, promoting high standards of clinical care and teamwork, whilst identifying and addressing challenges. You will also work to recognise and widely communicate progress and success in the delivery of the programme going forward. You will be able to inspire and motivate teams to be creative and deliver sustainable improvements. The County Hospital Development Programme will provide an opportunity for training in and to apply our lean based “Improving Together” approach in practice. As clinical lead you will be expected to actively support the application of the “Improving Together” approach in delivering your work stream
