Description:

An opportunity has arisen to apply for a Clinical Lead post working as part of our multidisciplinary team in the seaside town of Whitby, North Yorkshire.
Come and join our integrated team delivering our vision to improve health and wellbeing in our local community through high-quality, person-centred care.
Work alongside the locality matron and Complex Care Nurse to clinically lead the multi-disciplinary team in the achievement of clinical excellence, patient safety and regulatory assurance.

Responsibilities:

Provide clinical & professional leadership to the team.
Use advanced clinical skills to support and advise on service development and the delivery of evidence-based care in partnership with service users, carers, staff, managers, & other agencies
Support development of clinical competencies
Carry out clinical supervision
Carry out clinical audits
Lead on investigation and learning from clinical incidents
