Description:
We are recruiting for a Clinical Lead, an enthusiastic and highly skilled nurse with expertise in eating disorders who is both a strong clinician and leader, Director of Clinical Services/Matron/Team Lead/Clinical Lead to join an inpatient hospital team for adults with eating disorders in High Wycombe.
This is a fantastic role for an aspiring nurse leader looking to remain in a clinically focussed role whilst developing your skills in operational leadership, quality and strategy.
This is a 14 bedded, specialist eating disorder service for mixed gender adults. Priory Hospital Marlow is located just outside in an outer suburb of High Wycombe, within easy access of the M40, M25, Central London, and the nearby towns of Marlow and Maidenhead.
Reporting into the Hospital Director, the Clinical Lead forms part is a member of the hospital Senior Management Team and is wholly responsible for the leadership and delivery of clinical services operations expert nursing care working in close partnership with therapy colleagues and medical staff (nursing and therapy) within the hospital.
The post holder will ensure the highest level of patient care is provided to all patients.
Your role as the DOC’s Clinical Lead will be to work closely to support the HD with the operational delivery of nursing services at running of the Hospital. You will also oversee the much valued nursing team, Working in partnership with the support of full MDT Multidisciplinary t Team to design and implement packages of care and ensure the quality of services delivered.
including a Ward Manager and Deputy Ward Manager. This role is close to Matron/Team Lead/Clinical Lead within the NHS.
The job holder must currently hold a full clean driving licence and have been qualified for 3 years.
