QUALIFICATIONS:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience as a practising Registered Clinician (Nurse).
• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Sound knowledge and experience of Aged Care standards and governance.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated experience in providing clinical supervision.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Ability to travel within the Sydney metro area.

• Own car
• Car Registration
• Comprehensive car insurance - with worker’s name listed as main driver or insured driver
• NSW full driver’s licence

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Lead for our new allied health service. Reporting directly to the Director of Growth & Workforce, this role involves building and leading an allied health team, providing clinical oversight and supervision, comply with Clinical Governance in-home care, ensuring safe and supportive workplace for our professionals, training and developing staff.

OVERALL PURPOSE:

To deliver exceptional client services, grow a new allied health service, and provide clinical oversight, ensuring the highest standards of care and professional practice.
