    Signature Care presents an exciting opportunity to shape the service delivery of aged care into the future during a period of significant change.
    Our two Clinical Managers have recently been promoted to new roles within our business. We are seeking two people who are experienced, qualified and passionate about the delivery of care to our Residents. You will work work closely with our Residential Manager and Deputy Residential Manager to further develop our stunning 180-bed aged care residence based in Wagga.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The successful applicants will have previous experience managing a large aged care residence’s clinical needs. You will need to be an enthusiastic, hands on leader who has the energy and desire to build relationships and take the delivery of care to the next level.
With a passion for resident care and delivering high standards of customer-focused clinical care, you will have exceptional communication skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will bring a capacity to lead and inspire a team of clinical professionals and care workers and act as a passionate mentor to your team.
You will also have close support from the Support Services team.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE:

  • Ideally at least 5 years experience as a Clinical Manager or within a similar role in a large aged care environment;
  • Registered Nurse with current, unrestricted AHPRA registration;
  • Excellent and up to date clinical knowledge and assessment skills;
  • Experience in staff supervision and development;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • A working knowledge of funding and accreditation processes;
  • Knowledge of Care Planning
    Experience with clinical software packages
