Description:
Status: Permanent Full-Time Position – 35 hours/week (1.0 FTE)
Pay Scale $84, 344 to $101, 620 annually

Summary
Reporting to the Director, Primary Care (Director, PC), and in collaboration with the Operations Manager, the Clinical Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Primary Care Team. The incumbent is responsible for supervising clinic staff, which includes nurses, outreach team members (nurses and social services staff) and support staff. In addition to the primary focus on daily operations, the Clinical Manager conducts and/or facilitates the planning, development and implementation, and evaluation of program activities in consultation with the Director, Primary Care.
